A bioclimatic pergola gazebo offers great style and shelter

Bioclimatic pergola gazebos for great style and shade

A bioclimatic pergola gazebo can make a world of difference on the patio or garden. Our pergola gazebos are made of strong and durable lightweight materials with the iconic flat roof made of crossbeams, slats, sturdy fabric – or a combination. Unlike most of our many garden gazebos, the pergola gazebos are open structures without sidewalls or curtains – perfect to place on the patio or nearby. These modern and minimalistic pergolas will look amazing almost anywhere.

Bioclimatic pergola gazebos in robust, durable and maintenance-free materials

Our freestanding pergola gazebos are related to our patio covers and garden gazebos with sidewalls. The word ‘pergola’ derives from Italian and means ‘projection’. Originally, a pergola was made with beams projecting from an exterior wall of the house and was supported by columns or pillars – very much like our patio covers. Having a patio cover or a pergola gazebo, you can enjoy the pleasant shade and be outside even when it rains. Instead of the fixed patio covers, you can place a freestanding bioclimatic pergola gazebo anywhere you want. The pergola gazebo is an elegant and flexible minimalistic construction, providing pleasant shade when the roof is closed – and a free view of the sky and the sun when open.

Bioclimatic pergola gazebos with one or more sidewalls

If you want your pergola gazebo a little more closed, sheltered and private, you can order one or more sidewalls – or a sidewall screen. You can have soft curtains or sidewalls and a firm sidewall screen, which you can open and close either manually or by remote control. You can even have sliding doors in glass for some of our pergolas. Finally, you can order one or more louvre walls for shade and elegant style.

Safety for your pergola gazebo

The bioclimatic pergola gazebos are strong structures in lightweight materials. Be sure to fasten the structure to the foundation or the ground to avoid accidents in case of a strong wing. Especially if the roof is closed, the wind can take hold of it and move it if it is not secured with ground anchors, screws or similar. Be sure to remove the roof or open slats if it snows at some point. See the beautiful bioclimatic pergolas here: https://www.dancovershop.com/uk/products/bioclimatic-pergolas.aspx
