Greenhouse Advice No. 1

Find the right spot for your new greenhouse. It may be obvious where to put the greenhouse – spend a little time thinking about it, anyway. Spend some time finding just the right spot. It is important for you and the plants. Maybe you want the greenhouse close to the house or hidden away in a ‘secret’ place. The greenhouse must be situated correctly concerning the sun and more. You may consider having a tap and an electric socket inside the greenhouse or at least close by if possible. It simply makes things so much easier.

Greenhouse Advice No. 2

Most of our greenhouses are designed to be used during the summer. If you want plants inside the greenhouse during winter, you should see how to heat and insulate the greenhouse in the Greenhouse Guide. Plants are also very different when it comes to frost and more. You can have greenhouse heaters and our unique winter protection plant tents to take care of your plants during winter. You can also insulate your greenhouse by lining it with bubble wrap. It may not look stylish, but it can be quite effective. Use our electric heaters to ensure a minimum temperature at all times.

Greenhouse Advice No. 3

Design such as materials, size and colour play an important part when selecting a greenhouse. It is our experience that very few people regret buying a large greenhouse. On the other hand, you often hear about people who have regretted that they did not upscale and ordered the large greenhouse, to begin with. When you have a large greenhouse, you have room for all the plants you like to grow and room to use the greenhouse as a garden gazebo.
